The bill (Reg. No. 2204) suggests recognizing the All-Ukrainian Associations of trade unions that acted before 24/08/1991 as successors of the respective republican associations of trade unions of the USSR and the former Union of SSR in regard to their property and property assets located on the territory of Ukraine, except for the property whose owners’ rights are predetermined by the existing international treaties of Ukraine.
Committee members upheld the bill adoption of which shall create conditions for securing implementation of citizens’ constitutional rights to leisure and social protection by the trade union associations.
